Responsiveness

In this era of always growing technology I try to design my websites to be compatible on any device Curious? Try this website on one of your devices!

Uniqueness

My curious nature is leading me through uniqueness. I always wonder 'what if I try that, or maybe like this..?', these phrases help me to refine my designs and to remain unique amongst other designs.
Projects

bluetechnowledge

Bluetechnowledge.life is one of the first real customers for which I have created a website. It is built upon my self created responsive CSS skeleton and has gotten its very own unique design. The website also makes use of my own created navigation functionality, and my self developed Content Management System. Because of the contribution of the client I was able to create a design that complied with the client's desires. Curious what the website looks like? BlueTechnowledge

Skills
HTML5
More than three years ago when I started with web-development I had very poor skills in HTML. It was comfirmed once during an internship interview as they didn't want to hire me because of my poor designs. I then decided to learn more and work more with HTML. One and a half year ago I began to use HTML5 and its features like sections, footer, header and more.
CSS3
I have experience with CSS for over three years. However, it wasn't untill one and a half years ago that I wanted to expand on that skill and to learn myself CSS3. Now I often use CSS3 for animations by using keyframes or transitions, to round the corners of boxes, to manipulate the position of an element using transform, and to assign the width and height equals to the viewports width and height using the vh/vw feature.
Java
Java is the first programming language that I was taught. It was four and a half years ago when I got to use Java for the first time for school assignments. Over the years I have been using Java a lot and have gotten the opportunity to make the best use of it. As of now I have gained expierence with Spring Framework, MVC, OOP, ORM, Servlets and much more. I have been using Java for java applications and web applications.
PHP
It was two years ago when I got to use the PHP web-programming language for the first time. During my first internship I was required to make use of it. I have never regretted learning it as I am still making full use of it. Most of the website I build make use of PHP, I try to comply with clean code as well as possible and try to make use of OOP PHP and MVC where possible, depending on project difficulty.
NoSQL/SQL
For my Java applications and my Java/PHP web applications I have mostly been using SQL. Using queries allowed me to receive specific data out of a SQL database. SQL also helped me to understand the structure of projects, being entities used for the application. One year ago I was introduced to NoSQL databases and immediately fell in love with it. No more complex queries. love it.
Javascript/jQuery
Javascript is quite something, I can't really recall when I used it for the first time but I have been using it in combination with jQuery for all my projects. I tend to use plain Javascript as much as possible but can't deny that I often choose to use jQuery for certain things. jQuery allows me to obtain more and write less and is primarily used for that what takes too long in Javascript.
